    Panama and US

    Canada and Guernsey (January 19, 2011)

    Isle of Man (January 17, 2011)

    Jersey (January 12, 2011)

    The Netherlands in Respect of the Netherlands Antilles

    Since negotiations began in spring 2007 the Nordic countries have entered into information exchange agreements with Andorra, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, the Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, the Cook Islands, Dominica, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Liberia, the Marshall Islands, Monaco, Montserrat, the Netherlands Antilles, Samoa, San Marino, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, the Turcs and Caicos Islands, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Vanuatu.

    The co-operation is scheduled to last until 2012.

    India has also signed about 13 Tax Information Exchange Agreements.

    OECD Tax Treaties Ecuador is Not Signing

    A Tax Information Exchange Agreement between the UK and The Bahamas, signed in Nassau on 29 October 2009, entered into force on 7 January 2011.

    Its seem disadvantageous to us tax payer. Just think of it. Now we need to pay more or to pay straight and just go to some corrupt officials. Lets face it. Its good for some honest industrial countries. But some of those third world countries are not that clean.
